Frozen Kong Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup of plain yogurt (make sure it's free from artificial sweeteners like xylitol, as they can be toxic to dogs)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter (make sure it doesn't contain xylitol)
Optional: dog-friendly fruits or vegetables (such as blueberries, strawberries, carrots, or sweet potatoes)
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe banana, plain yogurt, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
If desired, add a handful of dog-friendly fruits or vegetables to the mixture and blend again until well combined. This step is optional but can provide additional nutrients and flavors for your dog.
Pour the mixture into kong. Don’t forget to block small hole with a treat
Place in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the treats are completely solid.
