Frozen Kong Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (make sure it's free from artificial sweeteners like xylitol, as they can be toxic to dogs)

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (make sure it doesn't contain xylitol)

  • Optional: dog-friendly fruits or vegetables (such as blueberries, strawberries, carrots, or sweet potatoes)

Instructions:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe banana, plain yogurt, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.

  • If desired, add a handful of dog-friendly fruits or vegetables to the mixture and blend again until well combined. This step is optional but can provide additional nutrients and flavors for your dog.

  • Pour the mixture into kong. Don’t forget to block small hole with a treat

  • Place in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until the treats are completely solid.
